Sketch Saturday #50

I've used the sketch over at Sketch Saturday to make a card for Mum's birthday. I'm very tired, so my cutting isn't as straight as it should be!

It'll be a while before you see this in all it's glory, as it's a present for someone, but I couldn't resist giving a little sneak preview!

Cute Card Thursday Challenge

Decided on a Christmas card for the 'Mirror Mirror' challenge at Cute Card Thursday where you have to add something shiny to your card.
My card has a lovely shiny, glittery star and a piece of shiny ribbon. I'm not sure where the papers are from, but the lovely lady coloured in with shiny glittery gel pens is Mildred's Mamma, another character I have drawn today!

Really love this sketch over at Sketch Saturday
The papers are from K&Company's La Boutique 6x6 pad, and the butterfly is from a lovely set I got in Tesco last week - only £1 for loads of lovely butterflies and flowers.
And if you're wondering where I got pretty little Mildred from, well (blows own trumpet) I drew her myself! I drew a little man for a card the other day, and now can't stop drawing! I've got loads of little people ready to go on cards now!

Secret Crafter Saturday challenge

Over at Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge" the theme for this week is 'Flowers'. So it's a lovely excuse to make another card with my fantastic '£2 at the car boot sale' stamp on some lovely flowery paper!

Sketch & Stash challenge

Sorted out my sock drawer yesterday and found an opened set of 6 Papermania ribbons - can't remember buying them, and have no idea how they got there!
Anyway, have used one of the ribbon on this card for the Sketch & Stash challenge. Hope you like it!

Boot Sale Stamp

Went to the car boot sale this morning and picked up a lovely stamp for £2. I've already made 2 cards using it - I can see it becoming a favourite of mine!
